The consistency and smooth progression of this particular course allows you to derive unforgettable enjoyment from the whole training process. This course features spiral and reverse stretches, balance training and the isolated tension technique.
PortDeBras™ TRAINER COURSE
The goal of the course is to increase the qualification level of PortDeBras™ instructors.
One can obtain the status of so-called Trainer, Master Trainer, Elite Trainer or Expert Trainer. The trainer courses always offer variable content.
